Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. Only bets that settle as wins or losses count toward wagering requirements; void bets, cashed-out bets, and hedged bets do not contribute.
bw88 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., low-risk hedging strategies), or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may face permanent account closure.
bw88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion cancellation, Players who have already claimed the bonus under the original terms will be allowed to complete the wagering requirements, provided they do so within the original expiration period.
All bets placed on bw88 are subject to acceptance by the platform. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors in odds display, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet receipt is generated, it is considered accepted and binding.
Sports betting odds and market offerings are subject to change without notice based on real-time event developments. Once a bet is placed and accepted, the odds at the time of placement are locked in and will not be affected by subsequent odds movements. In the event of obvious pricing errors (often referred to as "palpable errors"), bw88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. Casino game results are determined by the game's Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer outcome. In the event of disputes regarding bet settlement, bw88's decision is final and binding. If a sports event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled before completion, bets will be handled according to the specific sport's rules as outlined on our platform. Generally, bets on postponed matches are voided and stakes refunded if the event is not rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
